The latest update to Outline +, a OneNote compatible app, brings new functionality in conjunction with Livescribe’s newest smartpen.
Now, using the Livescribe Smartpen 3, you can take notes that are entered directly into Outline +. You will need to use the Livescribe special journals or paper you can create with the proper printer and Livescribe’s desktop software. The only issue noticed was if you use Livescribe’s own iOS app, notes you take that are transferred into Outline + are not transferred into your Livescribe app journals. Knowing this, it may be a good idea to print your own paper to use when you are entering notes into Outline+. You can use the Livescribe desktop app to print your own paper.
With Outline + and Livescribe’s newest pen, you can take notes on paper and share, store and take them with you on your iPad.
