Pulse, a very visual newsreader for the iPad has been updated to 2.0. You can read about some of the changes here.
One big improvement is that you can now organize and have different pages. So, you can have a tab for Tech, News, Mac, etc. On each page, you can have several news sources.
If you have not bought this app, I really suggest you do. If you have it, make sure to update it.
