iPad Reading Times

A very interesting article about the times users of iPhones and iPads are reading saved articles has been posted at readitlaterlist. Comparisons are made between iPhone, iPad and computer users as to when they are retrieving saved articles to read on their devices.

iPad User Web Article Reading Times

As can be seen, although users are selecting articles to be saved throughout the day (mostly 7 am – 10 pm), they are choosing to read those articles on the iPad early in the morning (around 6 am) and later in the evening (around 7 pm – 11 pm).
The web article suggests that iPad readers may no longer be doing the majority of their web article reading while on the computer during the day. Rather, they wait for a break during prime time to read the content on their sofa or in bed.
