Apple has updated iTunes to version 11.2.1. You can download the latest version of iTunes from here or use Software Update.
Apple released version 11.2 that contained a bug causing some users home folders to be hidden at startup and permissions set improperly for a shared folder.
The update includes improvements to podcast browsing and resolves an issue where iTunes may become unresponsive when updating Genius.
