Microsoft’s Word app for iPad has been updated to version 1.1.1. The app allows viewing Word documents. In order to edit them, you will need a paid subscription to Office 365.
The new update includes the following:
•Monthly subscriptions at a lower price. Note: With an Office 365 subscription, you can create and edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents on iPad, and install Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote on Macs or PCs.
•Office 365 Personal for people who want to use Office on iPad, and on 1 PC or Mac.
