Notes Plus, an all in one note taking app, has been updated to version 4.6. The latest update includes the MyScript handwriting recognition engine, which used to be an in app purchase.
Also, there have been some UI tweaks, updates to notebook covers and an option to turn off or customize invisible scrollbars.
