Apple has released iOS 13.5. There are a few updates related to COVID-19 including Face ID enhancements.
The update is supposed to speed up access to the passcode field on devices with Face ID when wearing a face mask. There is also an option to control automatic prominence of video tiles on Group FaceTime calls.
